Retallick, William George October 19th, 1920 – March 5th, 2012 Passed away, in his 92nd year, at Campbellford Memorial Hospital on March 5th 2012 after a brief illness. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 69 years, Kaye (Kathleen Sloss), daughter Marlene (Ed Lascelle) of Ottawa and son Ronald (Judy) of Campbellford. Also by grandchildren Scott (Denise), Mark, Jackie (Earl) and Todd (Carolyn); Great grandchildren Dylan, Nicole, Alastair, Connor and Elliott; Nephews Jack (Shirley), Don (Carol)and Bruce Retallick. Predeceased by his parents Stephen John Retallick and Ruby Sarah Ann Dodds of Garden Hill, brothers Austin, Percy and sister Anna. A World War II veteran of RCAF No. 11 (B & R) Squadron, Dartmouth as a WAG (wireless operator) and long time employee of Nicholson File / Cooper Tools, Port Hope. At his request, in the spring, a graveside service and interment will be held at Welcome Church Cemetery, Port Hope with friends and family gathering after the service. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of your choice and may be received at www.rossfuneralchapel.com
